Shipping Timing
You can expect your package to arrive within 4-6 business days under normal circumstances. Due to Covid-19 and carrier work load, some shipments can take up to 14 days to reach their destination. PO boxes: Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address.
Loss, Theft or Damage
Purchases of product through CousinWillies.com transfers the risk of loss, theft or damage to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address. Ramsey Popcorn Co., Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after carrier delivery.
Changes to Placed Orders
For orders placed through our website, contact Customer Service to make any changes to payment, shipping, billing or product orders.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Orders to multiple addresses must be placed individually for each address through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with your product, please contact our Customer Service department within 15 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact Customer Service within 15 days and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item, please let us know at the time of your call.
Refund method and timing
Reimbursement for returned items will be the same as your original payment method.
